Jessica Byars was named a recipient of the Nancy K. Rector Public Service Award by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.  The national service award recognizes FDIC staff members for their leadership within the organization.  Byars had also been recognized as a finalist for the DFW FEB Community Service Award.  Byars received her undergraduate degree from Paul Quinn in 1992.
