Greetings on behalf of the Quinnite Nation!
It is my honor and privilege to serve as Miss Paul Quinn College 2012-2013. I have dedicated this academic year to my theme, "Stepping Into My Purpose, Everything Else Is Worthless". I believe that we, as Quinnites, should live our lives with purpose. Our purpose should drive academic excellence and servant leadership as defined by the Four Ls of Quinnite Leadership--"LEAVE places better than you found them. LEAD from wherever you are. LIVE a life that matters. LOVE something greater than yourself."
Times can be tough but when we step into our purpose and realize that everything else is worthless, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. To those who continue to step into your purpose, stay strong and keep moving forward. For those who get distracted by those things that are worthless, focus on those things that you are thankful for. When you realize your blessings, you start to embrace your purpose. I look forward to serving and representing my beloved Paul Quinn College with pride, dignity, and grace.
