Who has a student email
account?
Every student currently enrolled at Paul Quinn College is assigned
an email account.
What is my email
address?
Your address will look
like this:
first name_last name@stu.pqc.edu
How
do I access my new student email account?
To access
your email account, go to http://stu.pqc.edu/mail/. In the field
labeled “Name,” type in your firstname_lastname (ex. john_doe). In
the field labeled “Password,” type in the last six digits of your
student id number. Your id can be retrieved from the top right
corner of your billing statement or from the Registrar’s Office.
What if I am unable to
access my email account?
Please
contact the Technology department to verify your login information.

What if I forget my
password?
Your
password is the last six digits of your student id number. Please
check your billing statement or contact the Registrar’s Office.
How big is my mail box?
Your
Student Email account allows you to store up to 10MB of email. It is
your responsibility to remove unnecessary email to make room for new
email.
How long can I keep my
account?
Your
account will be available to you while you are a registered student
at Paul Quinn College. Un-registered students’ accounts will be
purged at the beginning of each semester.
What
happens to the hyphen in my name?
The hyphen in your name will remain the same. For example, if
your full name is
Mary L. Walker-King, then your email will be: mary_walker-king@stu.pqc.edu
All other punctuations will be disregarded such as: / , " " , * , or
: and will not work. |
